Policy and Guidelines for Reservations:
- Renter will provide all food, beverages, decorations, utensils, and grilling materials. The Sumner Park District is not responsible for any materials of this kind.
- All reservations begin when the park opens at sunrise and all group participants must vacate the premises when the park closes at 11pm.
- All food, beverages, decorations, supplies and belongings must be cleaned up and removed.
- All garbage must be disposed of into trash cans provided.
- All grill coals must be completely extinguished
- Bathroom facilities will remain clean and in good order
The following rules are SPECIFIC to the brick Pavilion Shelter:
- The kitchen and its supplies are available to the renter except for what is specifically labeled PSA or Sumner Park Programs. Brooms, dust pans, and cleaning supplies are located in the water heater storage room.
- All kitchen surfaces and equipment must be wiped down. No signs of food or debris will be allowed to remain on floors or countertops.
- All tables and chairs must be wiped down and returned to their original storage position. No writing or markings of any kind will be allowed on the tables or chairs.
- All floors swept
- All garbage bags need to be disposed of into the dumpster outside of the white maintenance building, across the road.
- The thermostat must be returned to its original temperature and the cover closed.
- Building must be locked (using same code as used to unlock) when party leaves.
